RDD as a Function of Temperature

plot

These plots show the temperature dependence of the root-mean-square value of the residual dark distribution (RDD). The values are given in ADU, where one ADU is approximately 3.5 eV. CCD clocking modes and chip temperatures are represented in the following way:
Clocking
modes:
CCD modeColor
1 CCD Red
2 CCD Green
4 CCD Blue
Chip
temperatures:
Temperature RangeLine Type
-62 to -61 CSolid
-61 to -60 CDotted
-58 to -60 CDashed
For clarity we only show data from a single chip for each detector. The other chips behave similarly, although the r.m.s. RDD at the nominal temperature is different for each chip.
